I like that J.Crew calls this color (shown as part of their Spring Color Shop) sea-glass green instead of sea foam green. Sea-glass is translucent, frosted, and soft like this color. Sea glass jumps out at you from the neutrals tones of the sand. Sea foam is actually a kind of gross grayish yellow…not a color you’d wear and certainly not the color of these lovely pieces.
Don’t mind if I Do…

Can’t believe I didn’t discover this until yesterday — because let’s be honest, I’m extremely familiar with most things J.Crew — but if you’ve never seen the J.Crew Wedding Album on their website, it’s worth a look. It combines many of my favorite things including: love stories, beautiful photography, wonderfully happy people, and of course, J.Crew clothing.
- I’ve been really into this shade of pine green lately. The green sweater is a wool blend, so some people might find it a bit itchy but I personally don’t mind.
- I love having slightly decorative cotton shells because they’re perfect layered under cardigans with jeans or paired with a skirt and heels to go out.
- The fair isle sweater I bought in an extra large size so it fits off the shoulder. Can’t wait to pair it with my pine green skinny jeans (that have been so hard to find a top to match) and my new desert boot heels.
Fun Fact: The Liquor Store (J.Crew’s first menswear shop) was designed by Partners & Spade. Just one of many notable projects the brand has undertaken.
